We refer to the Break the chain Order dated. April 4, 2021 by Department of Revenue and Forest, Disaster Management, Resettlement and Rehabilitation, Govt. of Maharashtra and the revised ''Break The Chain'' order for Mumbai on April 14, 2021.<BR> <BR> In this regard, we wish to inform you that our factory is located at Palghar, Maharashtra and major business operations are also being carried out in the State of Maharashtra. Since the massive spike in COVID-19 cases and the consequent lockdown has hit the business operations in the Company's peak selling season, it may have a impact on the financial performance and business operations of the Company.<BR> <BR> These unprecedented times that the Company is going through on account of the COVID-19 pandemic, lockdowns, statewide restrictions etc. has substantially disrupted our business. However, we are confident to sail through this crisis smoothly.<BR> <BR>
