| This is to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and Designated Persons as per Insider Code and their immediate relatives) of the Company are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time. Kindly acknowledge receipt of the same and oblige. | |
