| This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Sunil Industries Limited in their meeting held at their registered office on 13th February, 2021 at 3.30 p.m and concluded at 4.30 p.m approved following:-<BR> <BR> 1. Approved IND-AS compliant standalone un-audited Financial Results along with Auditors Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine month ended on 31st December, 2020 pursuant to Regulation 33 of Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement, 2015.<BR> <BR> 2. On the Recommendation of the Nomination and remuneration Committee the Board of Directors have decided to re-appoint Ms. Shruti Saraf (DIN 07521927) whose first term as Independent Woman Director is about to end 26th May, 2021 to be re-appointed as Independent Woman Director of the Company for a second Consecutive term of 5 years with effect from 27th May, 2021 to 26th May, 2026 subject to approval by the Shareholders of the company.<BR> | |
