| Pursuant to Clause 42 (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, We wish to inform you that Share transfer books and Register of Members of the Company will remain close during the period from Thursday 22nd September, 2022 to Friday 30th September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Friday, 30th September 2022. Company provides member's facility to exercise their right to vote at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) by electronic means and the businesses may be transacted through e-Voting Services provided by Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. Shareholders' of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date (record date) of Friday, 23rd September, 2022 may cast their vote electronically. The voting period will begin on Tuesday, 27th September 2022 at 10.00 a.m. and ends on Thursday, 29th September 2022 at 05.00 p.m. | |
