Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, read with the Company''s 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons' (The Code), the trading window shall remain closed for persons covered under the Code from 1st October, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 will be intimated separately.
