| The Board of Directors of Surya India Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held today i.e. on Monday, 9th day of May, 2022, on recommendation received from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, have appointed Mr. Ratnesh Kumar (DIN: 09600213) as an Additional Director (Non- Executive Independent Director) on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 9th day of May, 2022 for a period of 5 (five years) which will be subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next General Meeting of the Company. Pursuant to BSE circular No. LIST / COMP / 14 / 2018-19 dated June 20, 2018, we wish to confirm that Mr. Ratnesh Kumar is not disqualified/ debarred from being appointed to the office of Director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other authorities. The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations is enclosed and marked as 'Annexure- A'. Kindly take the aforesaid information on your records. | |
