Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Dr. Suruchi Mittar (DIN: 0009432491) has tendered her resignation from the office of Independent Director of Surya Roshni Limited due to current engagements and some other pre-occupations, it is becoming difficult to fulfil her the responsibilities as a Director on the Board of the Company. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 are enclosed as "Annexure- A" along with the letter of resignation received from Dr. Suruchi Mittar.
