Suryaamba Spinning Mills Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Reg 29 of the Listing Regulations, please be informed that Board Meeting of the Company will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at its Corporate Office to consider and approve the following: 1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. 2. To consider and recommend the final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 19th AGMing of the Company. Further, kindly note that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended the window closure for trading by Designated Persons, commenced on April 01,2026 shall end after 48 hours of the declaration of financial results of the Company on May 23, 2026. The closure of Trading Window has been informed to the Designated Persons covered by the Code.
