| We refer to your aforementioned e-mail dated 08th January, 2021, seeking clarification on movement in price of the shares of Suryalata Spinning Mills Limited ("the Company").<BR> <BR> We wish to inform you that as on date and recent past there is no material relevant information /event having a bearing on the operations/performance of the Company which requires disclosure as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"). All the information/events which have a bearing on the operations of the Company are disclosed to the Exchange on immediate basis as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.<BR> <BR> The Company has always abided by and complied with all regulatory requirements and will continue to do so.<BR> <BR> Therefore, the movement in the share price of the company is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven.<BR> <BR> We hope the above clarifies the matter and request you to kindly take the same on your records.<BR> | |
