Suumaya Corporation Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 17 May 2022, inter-alia, to transact the following business: 1. To consider restructuring the company including its business and the group companies. 2. To consider and transact any other business activities of the Company. Further, the closure of Trading Window for the purpose of Trading in the Shares of the Company has already been in operation with effect from 01 April 2022 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after completion of Board Meeting to be held for Approval of Accounts of the company for year ended March 31, 2022.
