| Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and as amended (the 'Listing Regulations'), we Suumaya Corporation Limited (Formerly known as Rangoli Tradecomm Limited) ('the Company'), would inform that, Mr. Kartik Sharma has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. close of working hours of May 18, 2023, due to the reasons as provided in his resignation letter. Further, in compliance with the Listing Regulations, please find enclosed herewith following annexures:- a) The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 are given in Annexure A; b) Resignation letter dated May 18, 2023. | |
