| With reference to the above subject, the Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held today i.e. February 10, 2021, approved the following along with other business matters.<BR> <BR> 1. Took on record and approved the attached Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results prepared under Ind AS for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors.<BR> <BR> 2. Interim Dividend<BR> <BR> a) The Board has also declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.00 per equity share of face value of Rs 1/- each for the year 2020-2021.<BR> b) The Board approved the Record Date i.e., 18th February, 2021 notified by the Company for the purpose of payment of interim dividend to the eligible shareholders.<BR> c) The above said dividend will be paid on or before 11th March, 2021 | |
