Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of Suvidhaa Infoserve Limited by insiders will remain closed from the end of September quarter and shall continue to remain close till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2021.<BR> <BR> In view of this the period of closure of trading window shall be from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours from the declaration of financial result for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2021 (Both days inclusive).<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your records.
