This is to inform you that 166th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Friday, August 12, 2022 at 02:30 P.M. and concluded at 03:05 P.M. The Board considered and approved the following: 1. Unaudited Financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 and Limited Review Report required under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2. Resignation of Ms. Gayatri Chauhan from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. August 10, 2022. 3. Holding of ensuing 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, through Audio-Visual Means. 4. Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company during the period from Thursday, September 22, 2022, to Wednesday, September 28, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ensuing AGM.
