Sub: Change in Key Managerial Personnel (Chief Financial Officer) of the Company - Disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015<BR> <BR> This to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held on 25th October, 2021, has:<BR> <BR> - taken on record the retirement of Mr. Rajinder Arora, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours on 31st October, 2021, upon his attaining the age of superannuation; and <BR> - pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Audit Committee of the Company, considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Mahesh Gupta as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 1st November, 2021.
