| With reference to the above-mentioned subject and as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, i.e. Monday, 1st Day of November, 2021, has inter alia approved following matters along with the other routine business activities:<BR> <BR> 1. Approval of the Un-audited standalone and consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter as well as half year ended on 30th September, 2021 along with limited review report, Statements of Assets and Liabilities and the Statement of Cash flow in the prescribed format thereon. Copy of unaudited financial results for the quarter as well as half year ended 30th September, 2021 being submitted separately.<BR> 2. Approval for acquisition of business of stock broking and depository participant of Safal Capital (India) Limited subject to approval of applicable authorities.<BR> The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 04.00 P.M. and concluded at 7:30 P.M. | |
