| This is in continuation of our letter dated 19th October, 2021 regarding information of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of un-audited standalone and consolidated Financial Results for the quarter as well as half year ended 30th September, 2021.<BR> <BR> In compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to submit the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter as well as half year ended 30th September, 2021 duly approved by the Board at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, 1st November, 2021 along with Limited Review Report given by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, as required under the above said Regulations.<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(f) and (g) of the Listing Regulations, we have also enclosed Statements of Assets and Liabilities and the Statement of Cash flow in the prescribed format for the half year ended 30th September, 2021. | |
