This is with reference to the BSE Circular Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019, we wish to inform you that in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Company''s Securities by Insiders framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons (as defined in the Code) w.e.f. July 1, 2022 for the purpose of consideration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. The Trading Window shall remain close till 48 hours from the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022.
