In terms of Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons adopted by the Company in pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the trading window for dealing with Company's Equity Shares by the Designated Persons (Promoters, Promoter group persons, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Employees, Auditors (Statutory, Secretarial, Internal and Cost Auditors) and immediate relatives of these persons etc.,) as specified in the above code of conduct shall be closed from October 1, 2020 till 48 hours after approval and disclosure of Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company by the Board of Directors for the quarter ended 30th September 2020. The date of Board Meeting for approving the above results will be intimated in due course.
