| Talbros Engineering Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We are pleased to inform you that pursuant to provisions of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 08th August, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at the registered office of the Company located at Plot No. 74-75-76, Sector 6, Faridabad, Haryana - 121 006 to consider the Un-audited financial results for the first quarter / three months ended on 30th June, 2023. Further, as intimated vide letter dated 30th June, 2023, the trading window pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and company code for 'Prohibition of Insider Trading', was closed from 01st July, 2023 and shall remain closed upto 10th August, 2023 (both days inclusive) and will be opened on the third calendar day from the date of Board Meeting. | |
