| TAMIL NADU NEWSPRINT & PAPERS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/06/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI, LODR 2015, we hereby inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 25th June, 2021 at the Registered Office at Chennai, inter-alia, to take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021 and recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended 31st March, 2021.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and as per the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by the designated persons, the trading window of the Company has already been closed from 1st April, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021 and recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended 31st March, 2021.The same has already been informed to Stock Exchanges, vide our letter dated 31st March, 2021.<BR> | |
