Recommendation of Dividend: Pursuant to Regulations 30(2) read with Schedule III Part A Para A (4) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors have recommended payment of dividend at Rs. 4/- (Rupees Four Only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31.03.2022 and the same to be approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 22ndSeptember, 2022.
