Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on April 07, 2021 commenced at 2:30 PM and concluded at 3:15 PM, have approved the appointment of Mr. Aravind Viswanathan, as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from June 01, 2021. <BR> <BR> The details as per the requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/ 4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 is given in Annexure-I.
