| Tanvi Foods (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/12/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We would like to bring to your kind notice that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 2nd December, 2020 at the registered office of the Company, to inter alia consider and approve the following:<BR> <BR> 1. To fix the date, time & venue of 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.<BR> 2. To fix the Book Closure period in connection with the ensuing AGM.<BR> 3. To approve the Directors Report for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020 and notice convening the AGM.<BR> 4.
