Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you the following, 1.Mr. Rajendrakumar Anandilal Choudhary (DIN:00494663),(Non-Executive) Non-Independent Director have tendered his resignation vide letter dated 5th January, 2023, enclosed as Annexure-1. The Board therefore informs the stock exchange i.e BSE, NSE that Mr. Rajendrakumar Anandilal Choudhary (DIN: 00494663), (Non-Executive) Non-Independent Director steps down from position of Director with immediate effect, on account of pre-occupation and other commitments. We further confirm that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than those provided above.
