Vide our letter dated 24th August, 2020, Company had intimated to BSE/NSE the date of Annual General Meeting i.e. 30.09.2020 and date of Book Closure as 24.09.2020 to 30.09.2020.<BR> <BR> Thereafter, Company has postponed the date of AGM i.e. on 06.11.2020 and accordingly the date of Book Closure was changed i.e. from 31.10.2020 to 06.11.2020 and same was intimated to BSE/NSE vide our letter dated 09.10.2020. <BR> <BR> However, Company has received an e-mail dated 10.10.2020 from Bombay Stock Exchange stating that the Ex-date for AGM has already passed as per earlier book closure dates fixed by the company from 24.09.2020 to 30.09.2020(Ex-date of 22.09.2020). Therefore, Company cannot revise book closure dates whose ex-date has gone.<BR> <BR> Considering the above, Company has retained earlier book closure dates i.e. from 24.09.2020 to 30.09.2020 for the purpose of AGM. Please treat the revised date of Book Closure i.e. 31.10.2020 to 06.11.2020 as cancelled. <BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your records.<BR>
