We wish to inform you that the Company proposes to sell upto 1,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each of Tata Chemicals Limited (TCL) to Tata Sons Private Limited. The transaction is expected to be executed on or after 18th February 2020 at or around the prevailing price on the date of proposed sale, subject to no material market movement in price since the date of this disclosure.<BR>
