This is to inform that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by its Designated Persons is closed from September 23, 2021.<BR> <BR> The trading window shall be opened 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2021 are declared and disseminated to the stock exchanges.
