| TCI DEVELOPERS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to take place on Friday, February 05, 2021 to consider/approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 03rd Quarter/Nine months ended on 31st December, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, as informed vide our letter dated 26th December, 2020 and in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Board of Directors under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed with effect from Friday, the 01st January, 2021 upto Tuesday, 09th February, 2021.
