This is to inform you that in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed with effect from Saturday, 1st October, 2022 upto 48 hours after communication of financial results for the 2nd Quarter/Half Year ending on 30th September, 2022 to the stock exchanges.
