Dear Sir/Madam<BR> This is to inform you that the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of TCI Express Limited ('the Company)' has been scheduled to take place on Tuesday, February 09, 2021 to inter-alia consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter/Nine months ended December 31, 2020 along with other business agenda items.<BR> <BR> Further, as informed earlier, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Friday, January 01, 2021 up to 2nd trading day after communication of Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter and Nine months ending on December 31, 2020 to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).<BR> <BR> This notice may be taken as our disclosure as required under relevant provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015. <BR>
