| Dear Sir/Madam, This is in furtherance to our letter dated July 29, 2022 wherein we had given an advance intimation of the Investors Conference Call ('call'), to discuss the financial results and performance of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023. In this regard, we wish to inform that the said conference call was held as per intimation date i.e., August 3, 2022. The presentation prepared for the participants has also been shared with the stock exchanges vide our letter dated August 3, 2022.
