We wish to intimate that the meeting of the Board of Directors of TCI Express Limited will held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 to inter-alia consider and approve the Financial Results and second Interim Dividend (if any). Further, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall stand closed with effect from Saturday, January 01, 2023 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results/outcome of Meeting, for 3rd quarter/nine months ended on December 31, 2022.
