| We wish to intimate that the meeting of the Board of Directors of TCI Express Limited will held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 to inter-alia consider and approve Financial Results for the third quarter/nine months ended on December 31, 2022 and Declaration of second Interim Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23, if (any). The record date for dividend (if declared) would be Wednesday, February 08, 2023 as decided in due consultation with Stock Exchange. Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) and in continuation to our letter dated December 27, 2022, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed and will open after 48 hours from the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results.
