In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the 'TCI Finance Limited code of conduct for Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders' and code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from the start of trading hours of 1st April, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Fourth Quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023 for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said code.
