In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and further clarification given by BSE vide its letter dated 02nd April 2019 vide Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, regarding trading restriction period for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 01st April 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st March 2023 (both days inclusive) The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 31st March 2023 is made by the Company to the Stock Exchange. The date of Board Meeting shall be intimated to you separately. We request you to kindly take note of the above.
