| In compliance with Regulation 25(3) of SEBI (LODR), Regulation, 2015 and Schedule-IV of the Companies Act, 2013, a Separate meeting of the Independent Directors of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 held on Wednesday, 31st March, 2021.<BR> <BR> In the aforesaid meeting, the Independent Directors inter-alia have discussed upon the following agenda:-<BR> 1. Review of Performance of Non-Independent Directors, Board as a whole.<BR> 2. Review of Performance of Chairperson taking into account the views of Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors.<BR> 3.
