We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their just concluded meeting considered the following matters: 1. Approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Resultsfor the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023. 2. Took Note of the Auditors Reports forming part of Standalone and Consolidated financials for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023. 3. Appointed Mr. Murali Krishna Chakrala, Chartered Accountant, Finance Directoras Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24. 4. HDFC Bank Ltd sanctioned the Term loan, Cash Credit and Working Capital Demand Loan to the tune of Rs. 25 Crore to Company for its business development.
