Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Tega Investments Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, which was incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in Bahamas, has been dissolved and accordingly, Tega Investments Limited ceases to exist.
