We hereby inform that in accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting of Trading in respect of Securities of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from Saturday, 01st April, 2023 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the conclusion of Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023.
