| In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that, the Company Texmo Pipes and Products Limited has incorporated a new Company in the name of 'Shree Venkatesh Polymers Private Limited' a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company incorporated on April 30, 2023. Further, as per our letter dated March 31, 2023 and as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with its Schedule B and in respect of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons for prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares, the 'Trading Window' of the Company, shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2023. | |
