With reference to the subject cited above, we wish to inform you that that as per Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Monday, 29th May, 2023 at 02:30 P.M. at the Registered office of the Company to consider and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023 along with other agenda items. Further, as per our letter dated 31st March, 2023 and as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in respect of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons for prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares, the 'Trading Window' of the Company shall remain closed till 31st May, 2023.
