Dear Sir /Madam,<BR> As per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with its Schedule B and in respect of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons for prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares it is hereby intimated that the 'Trading Window' of the Company, shall remain closed with effect from Thursday, 01st April, 2021 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2021. <BR> <BR> This is for the information of the exchange and members thereof. <BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your record.<BR>
