THAMBBI MODERN SPINNING MILLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/04/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2023. We wish to update you that in terms of Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which was scheduled on Friday, April 21, 2023 has been postponed due to director's illness being an unavoidable circumstance and rescheduled on Friday, April 28, 2023, to consider and approve, inter alia, the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023.
