This is to inform you that as per regulation 27(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the''Listing Regulations), the compliance with the Corporate Governance provisions as specified in regulations shall not apply in respect of: 1. The listed entity having paid up equity share capital not exceeding rupees ten crore and 2. The listed entity having net worth not exceeding rupees twenty five crore, as on the last day of the previous financial year. <BR> <BR> Our Company doesn''t fall on above criteria, Therefore it is not required to submit report on Corporate Governance. <BR>
