| Pursuant to Regulation 30, 33 and any other applicable regulation of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, i.e. November 12, 2020, have considered and approved, inter alia, the following matters:<BR> <BR> 1. The unaudited standalone & consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2020. A copy of prescribed format as approved by the Board and signed by the Executive Chairman and Limited Review Report is annexed for your ready reference. <BR> <BR> The Results will be published in the Newspaper in terms of Regulation 47(1) (b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 in due course and same shall be placed on the Website of the Company.<BR> <BR> The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 01:00 P.M and concluded at 3.10 p.m <BR> <BR> You are kindly requested to take the above information on record and oblige.<BR> | |
