With reference to the above subject, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Board Meeting held on 30th May 2023, has unanimously decided to close the spice division of the Company as it continues to incur losses and no near-term turnaround is visible. The closure of full operation is expected by the end of FY 2023-24.
