we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, 30th May 2023 inter-alia, has recommended of final Dividend of Re 0.05 per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each (2.5%) for the financial year 2022-23 to the Shareholders for approval at the ensuing AGM. The dividend if approved by the shareholder at the AGM, will be paid to eligible shareholders within the stipulated time.
