This is with reference to the circulars no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE/CML/2019/ 11 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited respectively pertaining to clarification regarding trading restriction period. In complying with the aforesaid circulars and Code of Practices & procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price Sensitive Information and in pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from July 1, 2022 for all the Designated persons and their immediate relative(s) till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results for the Quarter ending on June 30, 2022. Accordingly, all designated persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in Company''s shares during the aforementioned period.
