| We wish to inform that pursuant to Section 108 and Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, Regulation 44 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other applicable provisions of the Acts, Rules, Regulations, Circulars and Notifications issued thereunder (including any statutory modifications or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force and as amended from time to time), the Company has sent an email through NSDL containing Notice of the Postal Ballot on 02nd June, 2022 for seeking approval of Members for the following resolution: 1. Appointment of Ms. Mandakini Balodhi (DIN : 09571410), as Government Nominee Director on the Board. We would like to inform that all the items of business contained in the said Postal Ballot Notice were transacted and passed by the Members with requisite majority. | |
